CHEESY AND GOOD EATING
This was a gift for my son in law and daughter. They ate it. They liked it. It did not send them to ER. My regards to the ewe sheep who contributed to it.

Every refrig should stock one!
It's not only delicious and keeps well in the refrig, it's a fantastic and very welcomed gift to family and friends, whether or not they expect it. It's doubly great when it suddenly appears at their doorstep. This shows love. OK, 2 lbs may sound a lot, but it will disappear quickly, trust me. I find it absolutely delicious as an hors d'oeuvre, grilled, in salads, added to Brazilian cheese balls (Pao de Queiho), snacks, etc.

I really like this cheese. I usually buy it at the deli, but that’s a seventy mile drive. Really handy to order from Amazon.
