Probably not. This transformer is rated to 12V @ 4A. I imagine that there's a voltage regulator in there there that's gonna need the 14V to give you a regulated 12V on the load side.

Q: Can i use this product to transform 12vac to 110vac ? i intend to use a 12ac source to power a 110v led lamp.

The answer to the first question is ‘yes’ because transformers work in both directions. The answer to the second sentence is ‘maybe’. Most LED lamps run on DC. You didn’t say whether you need dc or ac. Your 12vac source is probably coming from 120vac so perhaps you could power it directly if ac will drive your lamp.
