Johnson accumulator Tank
This new type of screw on connector is great. So much better than the last design. It is definitely worth the money to switch to the new tank design.Big Moe

First and second both failed within a few months
It appears the membrane between water and air failed within a few months on the first one as water was coming out the air stem when checking air pressure. Assumed it was a defect. Ordered a second and it wouldn't hold air, put new stem in, still wouldn't hold air. Removed. Can't recommend at this price.

Nice tank, hose barb adaptor is not good
The hose barb adaptor is a not good, leaking water under pressure. Save yourself some time and headache, buy a better and stronger adaptor from marine supply store. After I got the leak fixed, all is good and I'm quite satisfied with the performance. I wish Johnson included better non-leaking adaptors...

Nice tank. Wrong fittings
The fittings supplied for this accumulator are straight thread male and straight thread female with no āoā rings. After many hours and way too much Teflon tape I finally got them to seal but who knows when they will start leaking again.
