Great value for money, very easy to set up.
Wanted a basic system for home, particularly for the rear of the house back doors. This was to add to the CCTV security for the house. Very, very easy to fit, you really do need a mobile phone sim, I used giffgaff, £5 a month with sms message to 2 x phones, works fine. No false alarms as of yet, I alos brought a couple of other window sensors, again no issues. This is a very good system for the money, in particular the arming key is a remote key fob and can be activated before entering the house.

Could be better in terms of manual and the app, but really it looks like it could work once proper GSM card installed.
This wireless system is not bad. At first get you by surprise box full of bunch of cheap looking plastic but ultimately it works. I struggle to set up GSM but possibly I will need to change network (seems like it doesn't work with Three network). It is seems easy to set up and connect sensors once you go through the manual. Manual is not the best but it is readable (after 3 time reading I managed to figure out what are they talking about). The app is poor and I would like to see app with better interface and better functions, but again it works. It is annoying that whatever function you want to set up to your alarm system goes through GSM by sending the SMS, so yes you need to install a card. Check what networks works. It is awfully difficult to find online any manual/instruction/installation help.

good alarm and tech
this alarm is very good so far it does take a while to set up to your likings and it can be a bit tricky at first but once you've got the hang of it. it becomes very easy and straight forward the instructions are very technical but with a bit of time and a youtube video it becomes more and more simple it seems well made and its very loud so no worries of no one hearing it the remote works well and from a good distance away the door and window sensors have to be opened up to remove the plastic on the battery inside before they work but the motion sensors are just put up and turn on and you good to go all the codes for activating the sensors and key rings etc are in the instructions program them in and your away I would say you do have to have some technical know how for you to install but its worth it the only downside is it doesn't run off a battery if you have a power cut because it hasn't got one in the main key pad which means any power outage and it doesn't work but other than that it good and im very please with mine sim and phone/sms work well too with giffgaff sim £5 a month package I would recommend

Does the job but has its quirks
It definitely works, and does what is expected of it, but the phone/SMS control is extremely flaky, and slow to operate. The app also doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S8, just going to a black screen. We've triggered the alarm to test it, and only once have we received a text saying it had gone off. Additionally, when dialling into it, the voice breaks up quite a bit, and hard to make out. Entering your alarm code also has to be done very slowly. You have to wait for a beep response before entering the next number, so I'd recommend speakerphone for this. The siren that plugs directly into the control panel is ear piercing, I will say. We tested that for a second, and after un-perforating our eardrums, unplugged it again. The wireless siren provided is more than enough. I'd recommend following another review on here for help on setting it up however, as that one can be a bit tricky; the connection is not mentioned in the manual. If the cable on the wired siren was long enough to mount outside, that would be fine, but as it is, no chance. I do not recommend leaving that one plugged in, especially if you have pets. However that all said, as long as you don't use the SMS/calling options, it's perfectly serviceable. Following the manual, the sensors are easy enough to work out, even if the codes you need to enter can get a bit complex. Be warned though, when the batteries start to die in the sensors, the only indication you get is the red light flashing instead of just blinking on for a second. If it gets to this stage, the sensor has already stopped working, and will not set the alarm of.Due to this, I'd recommend pressing the test button on door and window sensors at least once a week, and making sure you get a single flash, instead of three rapid ones.As this is pretty important, it gets 3 stars. Stay on top of this, and you're absolutely fine.

Very good alarm system
I have shopped around for an alarm system that I could understand and not worry about. This has been brilliant. It was a bit confusing to start with as the manual isn’t at all helpful but we worked it out. The one issue I have is the time on the control panel changes odd after midnight and now have just left it but I cannot find how to stop it doing that. One word of advice the window sensors! They come with batteries but we thought they were all dead. On taking them out they are covered in plastic that you need to remove to make them work.

Setup issues
The manual is not the greatest. Each alarm is a defence zone and I foound it best to map where each alarm was going to be installed. I would strongly advise setting the doors and windows first then the motion sensors. The wireless alarm was a bit of a pain but someone had experienced this issue and I would look at that review and follow their instructions. The only issue I have at present is using the app to set the alarms. But I’ll get back to you on that.On the whole I’m happy with the alarm and it,s given the family piece of mind. Overall score would be 4 out of 5.
