Why is the font on the label of the one I received completely different? It looks fake!

My 2 candles I have bought a calm and quite place are burning black smoke with an erratic flame

You need to keep the wick trimmed - if you don't then you end up with a really long, thick wick that smokes (since the candle flame is bigger than it should be, burning the wax at the wrong temperature). Also make sure that you burn until the wax is level, stop if there's 1cm or more of melted wax on top, since that'll change the burn temp too. Ideally, use one is their wick trimmers and metal covers as these really help keep the wax burn steady.
