Didn’t last 12 months
I was pleased with the item initially. It worked fine. After a little while the face of the plug came adrift, but I just popped it back on thereafter, and it still worked. Then last week the whole thing stopped working altogether. I understand it wasn’t a particularly expensive item, so I’m not sure if 11 months use was good value.

Really good charger is slightly fragile though
Now had 3 of these as I can't find a better charger with extension like this which is perfect for my work vehicle but doesn't take much to break, 1 unfortunate knock on the cable on my 2nd 1 and the whole thing stopped working but still bought another 1

Really handy to keep in the car especially for long journeys
This is a great gadget to keep in the car. I often take my son in long car journeys and he watches the iPad in the back - this is perfect for keeping it charged so he can watch a couple of films with no interruptions.It has a 5.5A maximum output - the one usb socket at the plug end is 2.4A and the 3 usb sockets at the back all share 3.1A so if you are trying to charge 3 high powered devices, it obviously won’t be charging fast. It is best to have an iPad and a phone maximum really to keep the iPad charging suitably although if you are only wanting to stop it running down too quickly then this is fine to do this. It has safety features built in so it won’t damage your phone or iPad.The lead is nice and long so easily reaches to the back of my large saloon car. It feels really strong and of excellent quality. You can also use the clip on the back to put it over a seat pocket or similar. I’m really pleased with this.

Neat and functional design.
I was looking for a product to endow my older car with some newer facilities, without ripping half of it apart for the sake of a few volts. After extensive comparison, I went for this one, which fulfilled all of my requirements.Charger seems well made, with clean, functional design. The small and discrete size gives a lot of flexibility with its placement - I've got only the small USB block and about an inch of cable in view - nice!I have also cured the radio interference by plugging my satnav into this charger rather than the one it came with.It's solved a lot of problems for me - I really am rather impressed.

A compact easy way to add USB charging to any car
A suitable replacement for my ageing 4 port hub that I use on a daily basis in the car.Easy to install, just plugs into the lighter socket of almost any vehicle an does to stick outtoo far making this a suitable choice whether you socket is in the dashboard or centre console.Features 3 ports on the hub and a single port on the lighter adapter.Both the cable and hub are easy to route and position where you want, and with a dash ofdouble sided tape, you can easily mount the hub wherever you see fit.I'm using this to charge my phone and power a dashcam without any issue
