Great texture and quality, stayed fresh for months
One bag of this stuff lasted me a while, and since I kept it in a gallon ziplock, it stayed fresh for months! I love that it's already chopped so you can avoid the extra mess. Just toss it straight in the pan with butter. Amazing texture in dubai chocolate bars, strawberry chocolate cups, etc.

Kataifi for Dubai Chocolate
As I am unable to find this locally this is the only brand that I use. It comes already crispy/crunchy but I toast it as well. It has a great taste as well.

Delicious Kataifi after browned in a pan with a touch of butter. Don’t take your eyes off of it or it’ll burn though. Great stuff for contents of Dubai Bars. They turned out great.
