Hold the dust cap over the valve you want to put it on and make sure the open end of the cap is facing the top of the valve. Now, lower the cap on to the valve and start to twist it clockwise. When you start to feel resistance, stop twisting. The cap is now on, secure and you can go about your daily business.Despite the name, they are made out of durable plastic, not dust.Worth buying!
