I LOVE THIS CASE BUT I HAVE A QUESTION
All of a sudden I can’t get the case to stay on or even turn it on when it’s not plugged in. It’s been working perfectly. But poof something went wrong. How can I contact the company?

False advertising.
I bought this charging case because the previous one I bought ended up being defective. Well, I’ve had this case for a few days and it’s pretty much the same result. When I opened the key said had a partial charge. It does charge the iPhone 12 mini. However, when you try to charge the case by itself, it doesn’t go past the first light. The first light remains blinking. I left the case charging for a full 24 hours and it still remained on that one charging light. Basically this case will stay charged at only 25%. I can’t believe I got ripped off like this. It’s false advertising on their description of this product.

It works!
The fit and installation is a breeze. I kept wondering why it wouldn’t turn off when the battery was fully charged! Well, I’ve had my phone for about 5 years and the battery life is at 45%! If your phone is old, this case will not be of much use. It cannot go beyond your iPhone battery! Nevertheless, I find it to be useful until I’m able to get another phone hopefully within the next 6 months!

Does not work
I bought this for my mom so she would have to be charging her phone all the time. But, this charger didn't work. I live in Houston my mom live in Brownsville when I went to Brownsville to get the case to return it said was only able to return it until Oct 17. I went to days after. I want to know if I can still return it. The product is been in the box but it just does not work.

I bought this as a gift for my friends daughter whose phone is always needing to be charged! She loves how cute it is, but also commented that it charges her phone fast and the case itself is durable.
