I found it easy to put together, by myself. Everything works as it should. I did put furniture sliders on the feet so it didn't scratch my floor. It is a firm chair. But nice and wide. And I think it will be just fine for extra seating and an extra bed if one is needed.I have ordered another one while they were on sale.

Overall a decent buy for the money.Pros: power and easy charging using usb chargers in arm rests. Side pockets for remotes or controllers or magazines and charging cord storage. Love the blue color option. Easy to assemble and looks nice too. Quality is great actually and I’m impressed at how quick it comes together. It’s small and compact and I do love that the expandable leg portion is collapsable. I’m sure it’s stiff just in case you wanted to sleep on it but that’s not what I bought it for. If you’re looking for a recliner this isn’t the chair for you.Cons: the back pillow or comes with is far to small for the chair, I have to add a pillow myself. Comfort, don’t plan on sitting in this chair for extended period of times if you have a bad back, it’s extremely stiff and doesn’t break in well. It’s great for casual sitting but forget a 3 hour long movie. Would make a great waiting room or office chair. I wish it was comfier and easier on my toosh and lower back.Overall though I like the chair and would buy it again. It’s still my favorite place to sit in my living room as I have a secure cup holder for my coffee cup and can plug my phone or device in and read my ebook.Highly recommend

MY REVIEW OF THE DURASPACE CHAIR SOFA.PS, I TYPE IN CAPS: SO NOT SHOUTING OK.THE CHAIR SOFA I PURCHASED AT AMAZON DID NOT ACTUALLY MATCH UP UNDERNEATH WITH THE VERSION I RECEIVED BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO PUT THE CHAIR SOFA TOGETHER, THE VERSION I GOT DID NOT HAVE THE ZIPPERED UNDERCOVER BOTTOM PER THE VIDEO SHOWNED IN THE AMAZON DEMOSTRATION AS TO HOW TO PUT TOGETHER. ALSO, THERE WERE ISSUES WITH PUTTING TOGETHER THE BOTTOM USING THE SCREWS THAT CAME WITH IT FOR PART OF UNDER THE BOTTOM ASSEMBLY. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE PAPER GUIDE TO ASSEMBLE WAS NOT LABELED THE SAME AS THE TWO LARGE ARM CHAIR PIECES. I HAD TO FINALLY SWITCH THE AL AND THE AR SIDES. THIS MADE MY ASSEMBLY MUCH HARDER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO INCORRECT LABELING OF THE TWO MAIN ARM CHAIR PIECES THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO PUT TOGETHER FIRST AND IT MADE ASSEMBLY TAKE MUCH LONGER AS I HAD TO FIRT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG... ALSO, IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET THE LAST PART THAT COVERS THE FRONT(THE FRONT PANEL) TO ALIGN WITH THE SCREW HOLES. FINALLY, I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET A NEW LEG AS ONE OF THE LEGS CAME BROKEN. I HAD TO SEND A PICTURE THEN THE SELLER SENT ME THE NEW LEG.ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THE CHAIR SOFA IN GREEN IS BEAUTIFUL AND SITS FIRM. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY DAYS USING IT. THE SELLER WAS QUICK TO GET ME THE REPLACEMENT LEG ONCE I SENT THE PICTURE TO THEM. USING THE AMAZON VIDEO AND WATCHING MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES TO HELP ME, ALONG WITH OF COURSE USING THE PAPER GUIDE FOR THE PARTS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER. IF ALL GOES WELL, I WOULD SAY IT TAKES ABOUT 2 HOURS IF DOING IT BY YOURSELF LIKE I WAS AND WITH HEALTH ISSUES. I HAD TO REST SEVERAL TIMES WHEN IT CAME TO PUTTING TOGETHER THE TWO CHAIR SOFA ARMS WHICH I THINK IS THE HARDEST PART WITH THOSE SCREWS. I THINK THE CHAIR SOFA IS WORTH IT EVEN IF IT WAS HARD TO PUT TOGETHER MOST OF THE MAJOR PARTS. GOOD LUCK.

Like many folks, I first saw this 3-in-1 chair on TikTok and almost immediately added it to my wishlist. The price point kept me from a one-click buy, but today it's here! My first impressions are pretty good. The chair comes in two relatively large boxes (each weighs around 40-50lbs). My husband and I were able to push them up the stairs to our apartment pretty quickly. Assembly was pretty clear - I had a little trouble discerning which arm was which (the pictures are the same) but figured it out pretty easily. Screws and pre-drilled holes were really well done and I didn't have to fight with any pieces to get them to line up.The chair cushions are VERY firm which I prefer. To me, it means it'll stand the test of time and won't get lumpy. The pillow it comes with is a little limp. Great for lumbar support but I wouldn't suggest using it as a pillow for your head (maybe put a satin case over it). It's easy to put the headrest down, and easy to pull out the footrest, and the charging ports are SUCH a beautiful luxury in this model versus the ones without them.First impressions: TOTALLY worth the hype and the price point. You won't be disappointed.

The chair assembled easily and initially looked nice. It was very firm from the start, the cushion filler has no resistance and you can feel the wood on the front brace by pushing down with one finger.Within a month of receiving this chair our family became very well educated on bedbugs, as they had ridden this chair into otur home (a full house examination confirmed this fact). I was inclined to burn the chair, but my spouse felt that to be wasteful so we had it heat treated with the rest of our house.After the heat treatment I disassembled the chair to remove all visable carcasses and eggs. After removing the fabric covering the seat springs we found several cracked plywood supports. This chair was used by a child weighing less than 50 lbs, so I was disappointed by the poor build. I replaced the plywood with hardwood, the chair is now stronger but, for the initial $420 price, I expected better.

The chair itself was simple enough to assemble. As other reviews have said, the cushions are quite firm, I assume they'll soften with use.My main upset with the chair, is the usb ports.They'll trickle charge your phone and other low power devices, but aren't powerful enough to charge a PS5 controller, which was one of the main draws for me when looking at this chair.Overall a little disappointed, but not a bad chair / sofa bed
