U Trippin’
These are easy and great. The only issue is the middle gap on the rug where there’s no adhesion can make a bit of an under pocket and can also lead to tripping.

They stick great!
I have had other rug grippers but I find these are the best. They are easy to apply and definitely hold your rugs down where you want them. I would surely buy again.

One time use, not repositionable
They held well for 8 months, but they are only a one-time stick deal. Once we repositioned the rug, they didn't hold. You also need all 8 for a single rug, maybe more for a long span that gets side to side traffic. Our hallway runner started to stray in less than a year. I will likely rebuy two sets to re-stick the 9' x 2' runner.Updating review to include how well it worked for our thin Dash and Albert cotton runner. Was able to vacuum over the top without it coming detached.

Solid as a rock
I am buying more of these. I am elderly and have to be very careful about tripping and falling. Especially dangerous are rugs and the edges of carpets. My son helped me with these to secure the corners of an 8x10 with a pad under it. We used them as follows. Two corners of the carpet were under furniture, so currently are secure enough. We used two corners to secure the pad to the floor. The pad was slightly smaller than the rug, so we then used two corners to secure the rug to the floor also. The rug is secured tightly to the floor, so I think next time we will not need the corners under the pad. These are wonderful and could very well be a life saver! One question: What was the inspiration for naming them 'Bower bird'? Is your company in New Zealand? Or is it the idea of fixing up the nest? Very interesting name. Congratulations on an excellent and necessary product!

I have applied the rug grippers to just two corners and it is holding the rug in place very nicely. I will follow up when I have to ...
I was looking for anti slip material, this is double stick tape on a reusable surface (plastic) . I am worried it will leave residue on my oak hardwood floors. I have applied the rug grippers to just two corners and it is holding the rug in place very nicely. I will follow up when I have to wash the rug.

Great for a few months
These were good but they didn't last long. Somehow, they got dizzy and weren't sticking to the rug anymore.

Works great - but loses stick over time.
Kind of as to be expected with any sticky-type product, the stick goes away after a period of time. In our case, these rug grippers lasted about three months which we were really happy with. We ordered another set.

Definitely keeps the rug in place and ZERO DAMAGE 1 YR LATER
So we have had them on our sealed wood floor for over a yr now. Our rug is worn and tired so we pealed it up to replace it. WOW JUST WOW. THESE CAME RIGHT UP!!! ZERO damage whatsoever to the floor. No sticky left behind!! I ordered 2 more sets immediately for our new rug. I ordered 2 sets for a 7x9 rug bc I really like to keep the edges secured with littles and pets running around. No issues installing them either. They are not what I thought, but they are better than I ever imagined. They keep the rug flat and in place and didn't damage our floor!

Not for high traffic areas
These do not stick to the carpet as well as they stick to the floor. My carpets have come off of it many times and gone lopsided. If your going to be moving or lifting up your carpet often or wanting to clean the floors under the carpet dont get these cause they are impossible to take off the floor. I had to use a butter knife to get under it and peel it off the floor.Otherwise they do work just not for me. It might be better on a big area rug that you arent going to be lifting up too often. As i used them for my hallway runners

Works very well for stationary rugs.
Definitely not a permanent solution to carpets curling or sliding however in my opinion the most effective based on size/cost. I definitely would not trust these to perform on a heavy traffic rug however works great on larger more stationary ones. If you don't like the squishy feeling of having that mat under the rug as well, these are great. They're very easy to apply.

These are Awesome
I was worried about these damaging my hardwood but they do not. I lift them up for cleaning and then re-stick. They keep the rug in place, no curling corners, no sliding around. Can't recommend them enough! They may eventually loose their stickiness but so far I've had them several months and they are still sticky, so if I eventually have to replace them I'm ok with that given the price. They are also super strong they are difficult to get up when I try.

Not happy
Designed to stick to floor and carpet which I hadn’t realized so I’m now worried about residue on the hardwood floor. Also started curling up already and isn’t sticking any more.
