Q: Is this a genuine toyo tool and blade? i looked at the toyo website and could not find a tc-17vv blade. thee one shown on the toyo page is a tc-17bv

I have never used this blade. Just make sure any you buy are carbide. They last for years and years.

Q: does this cutter come with the oil?

Have not used it yet. It comes with a dropper to input oil. I am not sure if there is oil in the cutter as received. It gets great ratings and I plan to cut a large mirror into pieces. Good Luck!!!
