Love this fire..didn't want white .love the dark colour. The heater is nice and powerful.flames are nice and cosy.had looked at lots of cheaper fires but wanted a uk company.love it

Excellent fire
Lovely solid mantle with realistic log effect fire. Prompt delivery. Very well packaged. Easy to assemble. Excellent value for money. Has brought a lovely warmth and feature to room. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely
The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely thrilled with my new fire and surround. So easy to put together and to have a touch up pen just incase is a brilliant idea. I could not fault delivery, packaging or help from the supplier anymore. Worth every penny. ♥️

Fan noisier than expected
Looks the part, but hopefully won't need to use it too often as the fan is quite noisy, which is very disappointing.

Lovely
Lovely worth the money. The fire did come with a wire that was too short to reach from the led lights to the fire but seller sent me an extension so works fine now. Would reccomend.
