I have hEDS and struggle with neck instability - this pillow has allowed me to sleep deeply and comfortably for the first time in years. It’s firm but comfortable, and let’s you move your arms around or underneath it without causing issues. I’m ordering a second one to keep at my parents house for when I go for trips back there

Good size but a little too hard for me so am very dissapointed that I can't use my new pillow.

Great for my neck and shoulder and great value for money

If you were to believe what was written in the product specs before I bought it, this pillow ticks all the boxes. But all these claims of this and that, 5 degrees Celsius lower temperature etc are actually baseless and untrue.Pillow is really hot as it is memory foam. Some pillow case covering does not drop the temperature by 5 degrees. My face is roasting on it compared to my latex dunlopillo. All those nice pics about cooling are just that, pictures. There is no basis in reality.Its way too small, and the height is way too low. I needed a second pillow under it to prop it to anything close to supporting my head and neck in a correct position. And that is with the insert in it. So thin and small would best describe this.The smell of chemicals not great either. "No chemicals contain" is states in suspect english with broad stroke of a claim. Well if there was no chemicals, there would be no pillow. It follows up by saying to air out the pillow "near an open window for 3-7 days". You will get the drift.

Doesn't take into account if you have a short neck, so your head does not fit into the pillow as advertised. Good in principle but needs to take this into account for it to work, my neck ended up hurting more by trying to get my head in position.

I’d been suffering with neck pain upon waking. This pillow has been worth every penny. I take it everywhere with me! Be great if you could get replacement covers but still this is a brilliant pillow!

One of the images in the description for this pillow stated 'Not odourless'. This is not accurate, it in fact has a very strong odour that lasted the 2 weeks I had the pillow. The firmness was too firm for me, it's very firm. Not the best ergonomically designed version of this style of pillow I've seen to be honest. Looks like the maker has tried to copy what these butterfly style pillows look like without actually designing for ergonomics. Also the fabric of the pillow case bobbled in days, poor quality fabric. Coolness okay, didn't overheat but also not a cooling pillow.
