Are their any illustrations of how to install this torque arm?

This TorqueArm kit comes with a 7 page installation manual. The manual is not displayed in the photos and we are working on making installation videos and better pictures.

Does it come as a set of 2 torque arms or just 1, description doesn't specify?

It only comes 1 set of torque arm, One is almost always more sufficient. Installing a 2nd torque arm will be tricky if you have a hub where the cable exits the end of the axle, as you'll need to cut the connectors off the wire and then reattach them.
