absolutley love the hand held roller ball. It stays ice cold for a very long time. I had some major foot surgery three months ago and I use this roller ball every night to massage the whole foot. It is great quality, very smooth. Comes in a beautiful cloth drawstring bag that I keep in the freeer all the time. Not sure that I will use the larger round one, but it's good to know I have it.

The ball stays cold for a long period of time. The roller ball works great. The other ball is sort of big for my hand however I have arthritis in my hands & my grip isn’t great.

Does what it says. Still feels cool even if it wasn't in the freezer.

This set of steel rollerballs is absolutely wonderful. I suffer with Intractable pain because of my Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and Sjögren’s syndrome (which also causes sever ligament, tendon, and muscle pain. Usually when it gets flared up, I have a regimen to callm the pain, starting with taking my pain meds and muscle relaxer. Then I take a hot Epson salt bath, put on my secret pain cream compound. The last thing is turn electric blanket on high and get the pain to calmNow, I will definitely work this into my regimen, but I am not going to use the massage balls with my compound cream, because I want them to stay clean and very cold, although you can use warm, my pain is a burning neuropathy type pain, so cold feels great.High quality and sturdy. It is large enough to use on quadriceps, but I can hold in my fingers/hand and it takes a lot of the warmth from my joints.It’s 2 pieces and I thought I would like the roller on the wand best, but I like the hand-held one better.Hope they work for you! Well worth the money!

Why didn't I get these a long time ago! Works great on myself and on others. They are portable and durable. Well designed, packaged. Highly recommend

My mom loves massages I give her with these warm massage balls. Easy to roll on her arms and shoulders and legs.Warmth gives comfort to aches and pains.

These both do the job but I’m not loving them for one reason. One simple modification the company could do was to add something to the bottom of the plastic holder of the big ball so it doesn’t slide everywhere. I put it on a pillow on the carpet and it holds it “ok”. I do love that it stays cold for a very long time. For pain management i definitely love it. Just recommend finding a way to keep it in place when using for your feet.

Loved the fact that the ball stays cold for a couple of hours, after being frozen in the freezer for 4 to 8 hours prior to use. I sometimes have to ice for 15 minutes, give it a break and then ice the area that is aching after physical therapy, again. I recommend purchasing this product as it is also relatively economical to purchase. Combined ability to massage with the ball when it's iced, really loosens up tight muscles and lessens pain. In my opinion, this is better than hyper-ice products, which only vibrate to loosen up muscles after workouts but do not have the ability to be frozen. The Nobility ball is also much cheaper, so I recommend buying it.
