I liked the packaging and the taste of the vitamins.

It was the first time I can recall taking something and shorty after really feeling the effects. Two in the morning and I have energy through the day. The lightheadedness I was previously experiencing along with feeling exhausted and lethargic are now controlled. I’m on my third order, I’ve ordered them for my daughter and son, and recommended to anyone I see or hear of experiencing similar issues. I’ve currently begun another of their products as I feel they are a name I can trust.

I like these chewable but the turmeric taste is pretty strong

Decent tasting

This was and is a great supplement for iron and the added benefit of turmeric.

Several I've tried were very gritty and not pleasant in texture, or had a weird aftertaste, but these are great! I was worried the turmeric would be too strong, but it's hardly noticeable at all. Definitely recommend!

These gummies have a unique flavor - not bad per se, but the aren't super sweet and have a turmeric aftertaste. The texture is not so much of a gummy, but more like a mealy chew. That said, I don't mind the flavor at all and have no problem eating these before bed.As far as absorbency goes, there's no true test but I know my body is not flushing it out the next day, which means it must be getting absorbed.I don't have bloodwork scheduled for another 4 months or so, so it is difficult to say how my iron count is at the moment.For me, I trust the vitamins are being absorbed, and I don't mind the flavor or texture - they're pretty good!
