If you are flexitarian, you can consume this product. If you are vegan, we can recommend the 3 In 1 Colcafé which has no milk and it is plant sourced. I hope this answers your question. Q: How many calories per cup?

The Original with 6 grams of sugar per cup is very good and has 80 calories per cup (5 oz or 150ml). The new "light" version with 2 mg of sugar is awful. Get the one with 6 mg of sugar. They don't put "light" on all packages with 2 mg of sugar; make sure you read the nutrition facts on the package.
