I’ve washed this twice and it looks like it’s been around for 5 years. Quality is so bad. Don’t understand it.

I was disappointed by the quality. The bottom is big and seems stretched out. And the cuffs on the sleeves are the same. He can't push up his sleeves without it falling back down.It is thick and warm so that's why I gave it some stars.
