Exactly as pictued
Product was exactly as described, packaging was a little damaged from shipping company, but product fully intact. It arrived earlier than expected.Excellent selling practices.

Confusing directions
Now I can be an idiot at times, but I can say with 100% certainty that the instructions that come with this bed are VERY confusing. There were also a few times where they forgot to drill out the holes specified in the instructions. Don’t believe me? Buy the bed and find out. If you can figure out the instructions and get it put together, it’s a nice looking and sturdy bed. The journey to the end result will be a total nightmare tho. Good luck!

Good bed for the price but assembly will take time
I assembled it for 2days. You can probably do it in one day but I took my time. I have someone help me to hold things that made it easier. took me about 3hrs to build the bed and slide. and another hr to build the stairs. without help maybe double the time. some of the parts will be best if someone is holding it for you to align otherwise it will be very challenging. Still doable but challenging. My daughter is happy. I will probably would like to mount it to the wall for extra support.
