Do you ever have Crows banging on your windows, at 5am, until their heads bleed!?Do you have a shiny car, or even a car equipped with wing mirrors, covered in little scratches from Crows pecking it!?We suffered from both, at first we thought there may be some sort of hex upon our household or the crow apocalypse was impending. The reality was thankfully different, the crows were attacking their own reflection, thinking it was another crow in their territory. Idiots.First we tried shouting at the crows, in my experience shouting at things is rarely effective but it is an immediate and zero cost option so always worth a try. Shouting at crows at 5am in your garden can lead to degradation in neighbourly relations, or least concerns being expressed. Although shouting did scare them off, they would return within 30 minutes.I tried providing the feathered anthracite demons with an alternative fight with in the form of a little mirror. They ignored it.I purchased a crow trap, a convoluted contraption that first requires the capture of a live magpie as bait, this is done with an egg as bait. Incidentally this answers the important but too little often asked question "which came first, the magpie or the egg?" It's the egg. Once in possession of a live magpie, the crows should attempt to attack the magpie. Regrettably I only succeeded in acquiring further magpies, up to 3 a day. I have no use for magpies.Shooting the crows with an air rifle is both illegal and difficult, I definitely didn't try this and definitely didn't buy these decoys in order to attract the crows away from cars and windows for clean and safe shot.Two or three of these crows pinned into the lawn have proven to be a successful deterrent to our crow menace.My family and I sleep well protected by these wonderful little plastic guardians.

well pleased with the decoys they are very lifelike and a good size and excellent quality, I have only had them out once so far but heavy rain and wind stopped me from using them.
