Mine didn’t come with a level line guide. Is that normal.?

I don't think so. My reel has one.

Can you order a counter with this?

No there is no attachment for a counter. You may be able to use some kind of universal style counter to attach.

How many feet of line does it fit in and can we use braiding lines such as Fireline?

I bought 1,097 yard spool of 65 lb Kastking and spooled 3 of my reels with it. I used all of the line, and the third reel had a little less than the other two. I would say it would probably hold 400 yards or maybe a little more
