I have bought sooo many pillows! Even a couple of 'My Pillows' pillow. It was good but still not right. I have a lot of pillows I haved tried and don't help! I need to give them all away!Then this pillow is a game changer! It was great from first night. I just couldn't believe It was so comfortable. I have so much trouble sleeping due to arthritis, and now my neck as been hurting. I have been sleeping with this pillow for about a week and it it still great! It just as such a soft feel! Hard to explain.I did have a smell for a few days. I put it in my dryer on air with a dryer sheet. It helped some. But each day the chemical smell got less .I use a satin pillow with a hidden zipper to keep it on. It works wonderful. I love the crescent on one side. It hugs my body! I even look forward to bed! I thought to get another one for my husband, but he can do sleep on anything. He can get one of my many discards. LOL!I hope it wear well!! I may get another just in case for an extra!

I have been struggling with neck and shoulder pain, especially at night. What a difference this pillow has made. I am pleasantly surprised to wake up pain free and am able to sleep comfortably through the night.The crescent shape makes a world of difference. This is a high quality pillow, that offers extra memory foam to adjust loft level. It comes with a washable zip on pillow case with both a smooth and cool side. There was no smell or oder, I followed the instructions for opening, the pillow immediately became full and fluffy. I do use a crescent shaped silk pillow case that I ordered separately. This is my all time favorite pillow.

Nothing is more subjective than the choice of a pillow and this one is absolutely great. Because of its shape it is especially good for side sleepers, which I am and have tried many pillows, but more than that is the filling. It's not one piece of memory foam like all the others, but is little pieces of foam which you can fill according to your preference. This way it has give and it cradles my head without losing its firmness. A unique idea. I did have to leave the pillow and foam out in the open for five days to get rid of the smell but wow it was worth it. There is one negative and the pillowcase which is itchy so I use a king size pillowcase which works cos the pillow itself is a queen. Great pillow!

Words cannot describe how much I love this pillow. The adjustable memory foam makes it finally possible to get the perfect pillow height to keep my neck straight. There is no neck pain and it is perfectly comfortable. I had no idea what I was missing before. In the past I would settle that a pillow was good enough. There is no settling with this pillow because it is perfection. Best pillow ever. Highly recommended to all humans.

I fell 2 years ago place trash in a dumpster. The owner had not repaired potholes and I twisted my ankle and did a 360 against a brick wall. I have no money for medical care and it appears I have herniated my disc's, done permanent nerve damage that runs down my right arm and gets numb and in pain. It takes me an average of 4-6 hours before I be free of pain. I can no longer drive more that 15-30 minutes. I cannot tolerate sitting beyond an hour. I can no longer handle an 8 hour day working on a computer. This event has changed my life. I never slept with pillows but I finally realized I required a pillow to support my neck and back. I bought a medium tempedic pillow which works when laying on my back but not so much for side sleeping. This pillow has allowed me to sleep on my side again. I tried it on my back and I am still dealing with how much fill should be in the pillow. Initially I removed some of the fill and this did not support my head and sank causing the pinched nerves to stain and cause terrible pain. I re-added the fill and this allowed me to be okay when sleeping on my side. I like the way this cradles my head when sleeping on my side. Once in a while I have used it to sleep on my back but I have to pushed the pillow under my shoulders so my head is supported and not tilting into my chest. I alternate between this pillow for side sleeping and the tempedic pillow for back sleeping. It took about 3-4 days to allow the smell to go away. I also feel the manufacturer should sell it with a pillowcase as this adds to the expense. I am hoping in time the relief of the pressure will allow my pinched nerve and herniated disc's to heal but it has been past 2 years and I don't see much improvement. So I will need a pillow like this just feel somewhat able to handle just normal basic function. If you have pinch nerves, herniated disc's and have a whiplash injury this will definitely help you if you are a side sleeper. Just know you will need 2 other pillows to support your back and arm. Note the I ordered the King Size Pillow. Do not buy the smaller pillow it will not work as it will be too small for the with of your shoulders and arms.I gave it 4 stars because it comes without a pillowcase and you cannot really use it for back sleeping as it tilts your head forward exasperating and irritating whiplash injury.Update September 2024:This pillow has relieved the herniated and punched nerves. I am finally waking up pain free. I use this pillow to sleep on my side and this cradles my head. It is my favorite pillow and once in a great while I may use the tempedic pillow a little bit but this is the pillow that has helped me so much. I have added the stars to 5 bc this is a true miracle and my gratitude cannot be measured. I am telling everyone I know about this pillow. Buy it if you work with computers and have neck or whiplash injuries. You need to give it time and place the pillow behind your neck when you sleep on your side. This will give you relief and you will wake up pain free.

I've had this pillow about 6 months. It doesn't take long, despite the included extra stuffing, for this pillow to flatten out and lose it's crescent shape. You can sort of punch it back into shape, but it doesn't tend to stay. Still, it's not the most expensive side-sleeper pillow on the market, so it was worth a shot. I appreciated the "cooling" side, although you lose that feature when you put a pillow case on it.

I’ve been searching for new pillows because I struggle with neck and back pain, and this one has been a great find. I still feel the need to stretch when I wake up, but I believe that’s more about my overall routine — a pillow alone won’t solve everything. That said, this pillow offers solid support, and I really like that it’s adjustable. Even though I haven’t needed to make any changes yet, it’s reassuring to know I can customize it at any time. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and fairly priced.
