Q: Does the hp 81x cartridge fit in the hp enterprise m605x printer?

YES it fits an m605x. It doesn't fit the M604, but people shouldn't blame the cartridge for that. Blame the printer. Blame the person who ordered an M604 without researching the cartridge options. You might as well give the cartridge one star because it doesn't fit your lawn mower.
