After hearing all the great benefits of cold plunging I decided to get one for my patio. It took 10 mins to set up and then you just throw in some ice and it’s ready to go. I did some breathing exercises before getting in and WOW was it cold!!! It came with a little timer so I used that to see how long I could stay in and let me tell you it was not easy…I only lasted 3 minutes in the cold water. And it was brutal just like all cold plunges are... BUT, when I got out and I got my breathing back to normal I felt this CRAZY overwhelming sense of peace and calm that lasted for the ENTIRE DAY!! Like I am telling you even when I went to bed that night I still felt soo calm and peaceful and relaxed. I am amazed at this thing. If you had told me ten years ago that I could feel this relaxed from 3 minutes in a cold plunge I would have thought you were crazy. But the hype is real!!! This thing will change your life. Now that it's on my patio I am gonna do this every week and I seriously think it is adding YEARS to my life! Everyone should have one of these.Couple things to note:- There is a white inflatable rectangle thing that comes in the box but it isn’t mentioned in the instructions. I think it’s a little seat cushion for while you’re in the cold plunge. I didn’t find it necessary to use it.- There are TWO covers for the plunge– I think you’re supposed to use both. There is one with an inflatable ring that fits inside the top of the plunge, and then there is another elastic cover that goes around that. This makes it super well sealed off!! My backyard has tons of debris and leaves that get everywhere, but this double cover worked perfectly and nothing got inside the plunge even after leaving it outside for a couple of weeks.- The top ring around the cold plunge is the part that inflates, and I found it works best when you have it completely inflated to the absolute max. I had it "mostly" inflated at first, but when I had started filling it up with more air it was a lot more sturdy.- I didn't understand the benefits of having it be "portable" when I first bought this, but it's actually been really helpful that I can just move this around my patio/backyard as needed without any hassle. It doesn't have to just be stuck in one place all the time. I've also been able to just pack it up and put it away when I have guests over since it folds up and goes in its little case.

The media could not be loaded. This cold plunge makes it so easy on-the-go. It’s light, compact, and durable too! I love to keep up with my ice bath protocol no matter where I am, and this is the perfect tub to ensure my habit is consistent. A daily 4min plunge is so incredible for your health and wellness, body and mind. Will always have this on hand!

I've had a few of these and one thing I've noticed is they are all pretty similar, really easy to assemble, it all folds to fit in a carrying bag that comes with it.Water stays cool for a long time, the lining on the inside helps it to stay that way, it's not all that sturdy from my experience. It could have been done better, it's kinda weak the way its setup. I give it 3 🌟

This was my first cold plunge experience ever!The set up was simple and took less than 10 minutes. The size is perfect for one person. I’m 5’1 and my partner is 5’6 and we had a ton of room. It’s sturdy but compactable so if needed you can take it somewhere, or if you want to move it around your place.I’ve only done one cold plunge and I have to admit.. it’s a lot harder than I thought. But I am excited to start this journey and glad I got this tub to make It as easy and convenient as possible.One thing to look out for is when coming out of the tub, I accidentally hit the nozzle with my foot so it inflated a bit, even with that, the tub was very sturdy and didn't budge. It was easy to inflate again.Overall, I am impressed with the quality and will report back after 3 months of using it!

Really enjoy this, just didn't get my timer. I thought it would topple over, but as soon as you fill it, those legs work great. I'm over 6' and over 200lbs and fit well. I suggest filling it with warm water, sit in it, and sharpie where your fill line is so you never spill over. Buy it.
