Best CMC Brace so far
I rarely write reviews, but since I'm buying 2 more of these, I think a review is warranted. I've purchased SO MANY braces for my CMC pain I've lost count. None have fit as well, or had better support than this brace. It is a little pricey, but well worth it for my poor hands. Some braces had great support but went to far down on my wrist, and some had a better length but held my thumbs in an uncomfortable position which made the pain worse.Since everyone is different, it might not be the right brace for you, but this one is the best I've found for me.

My Go-To Thumb Brace!
surprisingly supportive without a heavy thumb insert. Wear it every day on my left thumb and intermittently on my right hand when needed. It has replaced a drawerful of other braces.

Nice… not worth the $$$
Struggling with CMC I have gone through dozens of braces and so I believe that I am authority on this issue. Bull’s-eyes CMC brace is lightweight and very effective. It is not over the top bulky like many others you will get off the drugstore shelf. In hindsight, however, I am going to return the brace because I can buy a brace just as nice, or nicer, for less than 20 bucks at the store. This product is definitely not worth 50 bucks!!

Not overly restrictive, comfortable and not sweaty
If the CMC joint is your problem, look no further. This brace limits your range of motion but only in the areas that cause pain, so not inhibiting mobility unnecessarily. At first, the price seemed high but The Thumb Brace is comfortable to wear - the fabric is soft and porous, allowing your skin to breathe (and not get sweaty). It is also easily washable and not made with Natural Rubber Latex (for those with latex allergies). I like that it covers the targeted area and not the whole hand allowing for mobility. The product is well-made and comfortable to wear.

Worth the price!
I've wasted so much money buying less expensive braces for my CMC pain that I could have bought a Bullseye. I got frustrated so rather than searching on Amazon used Google. Found the Bullseye and liked the look of it, then ordered on Amazon even tho the reviews weren't that good - mostly due to the cost.Let me tell you, this brace is completely different than others I've gotten and is obviously designed for the CMC joint! It has so many great features (check out the listing) and adjustments to make it fit perfectly. I cannot recommend it enough and will be ordering a couple more for working outside or when one gets dirty or wet. It's worth every penny to alleviate the pain.PS: My hand doctor's NP has told me to avoid the surgery as long as possible. I have a feeling it's not a guaranteed fix for the pain. As I'm 73, hopefully this brace will do me just fine.

Does not hold thumb joint in place, so it's useless
This looked like a good idea in terms of comfort. However, I found it to be useless because it doesn't provide the needed support nor does it immobilize the basal thumb joint. If you have pain from arthritis in the basal thumb joint or from an injury there, this isn't going to provide the support or immobilization that's needed to rest the joint. I showed it to my orthopedic hand specialist, who said it's useless and that I need to get a brace that has a stiff piece along the joint to support and hold the joint in place. This particular one, besides the problems just mentioned, was way overpriced. I'm sorry to say it, but sometimes one doesn't get what one pays for. This was a disappointment. Maybe this review will inspire the designers to rethink this and make an upgrade with a true splint in it.
