Q: is there a gap around the front part at the bottom that go all way round

The front part of the tent has a separate groundsheet! But I found that if you take your time and set the tent up you can minimise the gap rain may still get into this part of the tent but the bedroom has a sewn in groundsheet.

Q: can you stand up in this tent?? and walk about

I can stand up but with my head bent a bit and I'm 5ft 4 tall hope this helps

Q: Can you fit a double air bed in the room and still have room to walk around it?

Double air bed pretty much fills its width and leaves a little room at end of bed
