it is beautiful
I love the middle kind of light ...there are 3 choices ....looks like the sun is shining through the whole room.. we do wish that it had a dimmer though..the only criticism we have ,,It is beautiful!!!! and looks great on our bedroom ceiling.

Beautiful to look at and moves the air well.
I am very happy with this fixture. I hired an electrician to install it. He and his company did not have a problem. Two other electricians "passed" on it because it needed to have the new box put in the ceiling. The decorate parts take some time to install on the fixture, which was done by the electrician.

No instructions, parts did not fit
The screws did not properly fit. Luckily this was a part of an electric upgrade and we had an electrician put it together. He had to come up with his own screws and redesign it. The light is very bright and does not dim. If you put it on a summer switch, the fan does not work properly on anything other than the highest setting.

Beautiful ceiling fan
Easy to install and love the look. Came with gloves to keep crystals clean. It emits a low frequency hum when the lights are on that my mom can’t hear but I can which can be very annoying but other than that I love it.

Excellent quality
No directions came with this, had to Google it. But it's the most beautiful ceiling fan I've ever seen! The brightness is great and the speeds on the fan work quite well

This ceiling fan is so beautiful and the air flow is amazing. Everyone compliments how beautiful the crystals are and the look. We love it!!

The LED light quit working
The fan light is barely one year old; the fan works fine, but the LED light does not work anymore! The multi-colors quit working immediately, but I was OK with one color. A few weeks ago the light quit coming on, but I have been unsure where to find any customer support other than writing a negative review. The Fan Lamp controller has obviously failed, but there is no manufacturer name on the device. Can anybody help?

Not a true gold
I wanted it to be gold and its more like a rose gold very disappointed.
