I have one of those jobs where working out is not only a part of life but a necessity if ya know what I mean. Being in shape isn't just for looks but part of survival. Having said all that I've been trying to dial in my fitness regimen and because of past injuries (jacked up knee that required surgery and even hurts when it rains!) increased blood flow especially to that injured extremity was super important to me. A buddy recommended this to me and with the price point I said ok, I'll give it a whirl. Like the title says. I'm very happy with the results. Vascularity increased,blood flow increased and (it might be because of changes in exercise and nutrition too) but after exercise soreness (especially in my knee) is down dramatically. Much to my surprise though it had an added secondary benefit that I should have fully expected but not to the extent experienced. Let me just say this. Windy days are avoided! It's ok I had a better versions of this. I usually use it for workouts lifting or hiking you're better off with a pre workout drink honestly .
