I had a pain on the bottom of my foot, right behind my toes, after I'd started jogging regularly. I bought these and they worked like a charm! It's takes some getting used to, not only the feel but putting them and then your socks on so they are in the right place and don't move around, but I've found a way that works (see below) and the pain is gone! I only wear them when I run and only on my right foot as it's not something I'd want on whenever I'm wearing shoes, but I could get used to it if I had to.I recommend slipping it on your toe, then putting your sock on your toes only, and rolling the rest up a bit, then sort of unroll it over the pad and your foot while you hold it in place. That's what works for me at least and it stays put while jogging.

Love the thickness of the gel on this product. I suffer w Morton's nueroma so a thick padding is important to me. Did not love the fact that it moves much. It's instructed to wear tight sock w this. Tight socks did not prevent this from moving. I had to take off my shoes and socks several times in a day.

I was worried these would feel weird under my foot and be bothersome because of the toe loop. Boy was I wrong. These are AMAZING! Truly amazing - especially for the cost. I highly recommend them!

These pads worked to end my foot pain almost immediately after I started wearing them! I walk for exercise and wear good shoes, but had pain at the base of my big toes. The pads give me the cushion and support I needed. Situating them under socks takes a minute, but once they're in place, they stay put. I highly recommend trying these! They work with all types of shoes or boots as long as you wear snug fitting socks over them.

Works really well if you wear with tight socks, if not forget it they will be all over the place. With my tight socks and shoes laced up snuggly these made my feet feel soooo much better. I walk a large apartment to deliver mail and packages and these made my end day better, no barking dogs (my feet).

The way they create MORE comfort for me since I crushed my feet a couple of years. Over a month or 2 ago the big ball of my right foot got a big round lump there from running and the gel pad has created a lot better comfort for me,which in turn as helped my lump to start healing. These pads are great!!!!!!

My husband uses the metatarsal pads to help his neuropathy symptoms in his feet. He says they really cushion his feet nicely.

Looked good but ring part that goes around toe supposedly to keep cushions where it should broke in third hour of wearing. Maybe it could be useful if your just sitting around, but with very little pressure, it broke.
