Strong and comfort
I feel this suits to be the best product for planter problems, the sole is hard and comfortable and fits the shoes very perfectly, makes sure to buy a 0.5 lesser size to have the comfort fitting. It also depends on different brands you purchase. Some one with heel pains I will recommend this one.

True to size. I wear an 8 &1/2 and bought this in 8 & 1/2.
Recovering from a stress fracture of the second metatarsal on my right foot; was wearing a walking cast, but my podiatrist has released me to wear this for two weeks. A great step down from the boot. Thin and rigid as possible. Carbon fiber, hence the price. I am still limping of course but at least I can get around, walk my dogs a half mile, drive and get around the grocery store.

Crazy Effective, Be Smart
If you have lisfranc issues or arthritis in your foot/ankle, I would give these a shot. I ordered one pair to start, and then two more pairs. These distribute the load on your feet better than anything else I've tried, by a wide margin. If you have localized pain in your feet, these might help because they effectively eliminate any stress concentrations, as your weight is distributed across the entire portion of the insert that's pressing against the ground. These are stiff, and there's no cutting them (unless you're set up to cut carbon fiber), so I think that's why they tell you to order small. Mine are probably 1/4 inch too short and too narrow, but they still work fine and I'm able to get them into all of my shoes with just a little effort and the right angle.I think these might also have some performance enhancing characteristics because they definitely store energy when flexed and I think they return that energy with little or no loss. If you're so inclined, jump rope until you're exhausted one day, and then the next day, put these in your shoes and jump rope again until you're exhausted. Even if you're sore from Day 1 when you start on Day 2, I suspect your Day 2 results will be better. So these may have training/competing applications as well, in addition to any pain relieving benefits that come from loading your feet very uniformly. In short, I'm very, very pleased with these. I don't know how long they last yet and/or if they eventually fatigue and crack, but I'll update if/when they do.One last note/disclaimer: These are no joke, they will definitely impact your gait. I developed shin splints very quickly with these, I think because I was fully loading my foot again, instead of limping/favoring one side. I worked my way through it and I now walk much better with these. But if you have issues, be smart and check with a doctor, PT, or someone who can make sure these are right for you. They're not easy to get in and out of your shoes, but it's probably worth the trouble the first few days. Put them in for an hour, then 2, and so on, until you're used to them. I didn't do that, and I paid the price. These probably aren't for everyone, but they are game changing if you can benefit from them.

Great product
This insert is very thin yet rigid and was perfect for my son who has turf toe. Just insert into your shoe and you will get the protection you need.

Work incredibly well
I was having extreme pain in my toes. I thought I broke one. I had an appt with an orthopedic doctor who suggested these after an x-ray showed no fractures or breaks. It was almost immediately that the pain stopped. I am buying a few pairs so all my shoes have them.

Rigidity
Excellent product for partial foot amputee such as myself. Stops the front of the shoe from bending back when pushing on the gas and brake pedals. As the instructions say, remove the original insole and measure it. Order that size. It’s usually a 1/2 inch larger. Mine fit perfectly.

Too hard
The quality looks good but it's so hard that I can't even bend with my hand. When wearing it, my shoe doesn't bend too, so there's no rebound on energy.
