I got this because I am trying to improve my cognitive ability,, specifically my memory. And the two ingredients I have been using is Red Ginseng and Ginkgo. I really do think I have stopped the decline and possibly even obtained a very slight improvement. I know for sure the red ginseng helps me with energy before my exercises. And supposedly both of these ingredients have pages of benefits beyond cognitive improvement. What I am super excited to see is what benefit, if any, I may realize while taking these two combined as this brand has done. It has been claimed by some that when these two ingredients are combined they work synergistically and help each other work better supposedly. The dosages on each one is pretty much normal so I am happy with that. Now I do not recommend a supplement or give it 5 stars unless it is Third Party Lab Tested in the US/UK or Canada or a Country with regulated oversight with ingredient testing. This states it is third party certified which is nice. It also states it is lab tested which I like but I prefer "Third Party Lab Tested" in said countries. The capsules are real easy to take and I have had no sides with these. I like that it has 100 caps in this and that as stated they combined the Ginkgo and the Ginseng ! The recommended dose of ginseng is around 200 mgs and this supplement provides 350 mgs per serving. The recommended dose of Ginko Biloba is around 60-240 mgs per day. This supplement should provide adequate doses of both. The supplement is easy to swallow and does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. While this supplement promises to increase energy and cognition, I can't say I have noticed any dramatic effects. However, that is a typical experience for me when taking supplements. The promised effects are hardly noticeable if not noticeable at all. It remains to be seen if it is only a matter of time before the effects are noticed, but, after having taken this supplement for a few weeks, I can't say I notice anything dramatic. As with most supplements, you kind of have to trust that they do what they claim to do, so this isn't a knock on this supplement by any means. It's entirely possible that it is having the desired effect, but it just isn't pronounced enough to be noticed. This is a quality made supplement that delivers the necessary doses of each supplement.

I was trying to equalize my low pressure with these tablets as I had heard that Ginseng balances BP. (I sometimes drink Ginseng tea without adverse side effects.) However, I didn’t realize that the combination of ginseng and gingko biloba was not a good idea. After taking these supplements I felt like my BP took a dip. It made me feel a little off balance and woozy. Although I can’t comment on how people with hypertension will react, my hypotension did seem worse. I would avoid these if you have low blood pressure.

Alternately Claims to be GMP registered, GMP Complaint (in print), and in two images GMP Certified. Claims to have third party testing.CONS: 1. No proof of GMP certification or third party testing is presented. The three statements about their GMP status don't contradict one another, but aren't completely consistent either. I'd like to see the "GMP Certified" claim in print (not just an unsearchable image), *and* on the bottle. 3. This Amazon page contains multiple spelling errors, like 'Strick' (instead of strict), 'one-site' (instead of on-site), vega (vegan). 4. Recent trademark application (Aug 2023 ) non-US applicants, means little in the way of a US track record (as far as I can tell).This product may be third party tested, and it may be GMP certified, but the burden is on us to believe without proof. Given the brief track record of this manufacturer/distributor (not sure which) I will take this product but am unlikely to order it again. Three stars are for the appearance, smell, and testing/certification claims made for this product.
