Salty
First of all the sardines are excellent quality, the low rating has nothing to do with the quality of the product itself, but because it is extremely salty! I actually had to rinse them twice in order for it to even be edible!

I love sardines, so I try a lot of them. These are by FAR the best I have ever had. All flavors are excellent but, the Lightly Smoked is outstanding!
