I looked at all the reviews on electric percolators on Amazon, looked at professional reviews online and narrowed my choice down to 3-4 brands/models that seemed to meet my needs. I am so glad I picked this one. It's perfect! Pro's: 1) FAST! I have timed it numerous times and it always makes 10 cups in 5 minutes, amazing! 2) All stainless steel other than the rubber grommet around the glass bulb on top 3) Coffee is hot! 4) Coffee is amazing! 5) Easy to clean, easy to use....just plain easy all the way around. 6) Pot removal from base to pour is a great feature!Con's: NONE

In my opinion this coffee maker is better than a kurig. No left over water on the reservoir and the coffee if hotter. Perfect cup everytime

I only have one cup of coffee a day. This is perfect. Small, retro color and works like a charm. Highly recommend.

First off, streamlined design. Very simple to use. Basic classic design. 12 cups of coffee in less than five minutes! Hotter than any drip coffee maker I have owned. It turns off in two hours and is easy to reheat. I haven’t found it to turn the coffee bitter when reheated. Very easy to clean and maintain. I also purchased the inner mesh basket suggested and am glad I did. Zero grinds in bottom of pot when you measure correctly to recommended levels and don’t overload coffee grinds. Received many compliments on the coffee and the fresh flavour. Especially the serving temperature. Have used basic Folgers Classic Roast also gourmet specialty coffee blends. Equally delicious! No cons on this percolater for us! Have recommended to those that have tried the coffee and inquired as to the make .
