2006 z4m wheel bearing tool
Does the job well for removing and fitting new rear wheel bearings on my e86 z4m. will also therefore work perfectly on e46 and e85 wheel bearings. The biggest cup is just big enough but you’ll have to bash your old bearing out of it when you’ve removed it as it’s a tight fit. I bought a 15Tonne hydraulic 3 jaw puller to push out the axle shaft and a US pro tools axle puller to reinstall it.Will likely work on your front bearings too but I used a different set for that.I spent a lot of time researching which set to buy and this does the job really well. Solid construction.

Good powerful tool, gets job done with ease.
Very good value, diameter of forcing screw is larger than it looks in the pictures. it pulled out a Freelander front bearing in seconds and inserted the new bearing with ease. No instructions supplied so take time to figure out the order to assemble the tool to minimise friction. Good preparation removing rust and road dirt is essential. A powerful impact driver is pretty essential. Hex size on both forcing screw and nut is 32mn

Great Bit of Kit
Worked a treat doing the front wheel bearings on my 2007 Toyota AYGO so will be good to use with the Citroen C1 & Peugeot 107. Didn’t need to remove the stub axle from the car. Just cracked the wishbone ball joint, removed the driveshaft from the stub axle and then reconnected the ball joint to give you support to use the bearing removal kit. Recommend using a 750mm breaker bar and a 32mm socket to get the bearing moving.

Excellent Piece of Kit
This is an Excellent tool, had a bearing that wouldn't shift in a 10 ton press, used this tool and with a bit of effort it worked spot on since I have used it quite a few times replacing bearings in situ on vehicles. I can't reccomend it enough. The only other thing that would improve the set is the addition of a large bearing puller for extracting the hub.

Solid piece of kit, instructions lacking
Used to replace front wheel bearing on Micra, excellent tool when you don't have access to a hydraulic press.Instructions hopeless so looked it up on you tube for some pointers.

Weak Bolt & Nut !
Ok bought this to remove various bushes on BMW E46 worked well for smaller bushes / bearings BUT no use for pulling out rear wheel bearings on E46 Coupe as the Largest Sleeve is 0nly 91mm ID i needed it to be between 92.5mm - 96mm to be able to correctly remove the bearing.other than that worked ok
