Following extensive research and review of the available information we have built a granola to support people with diabetes. In a foil pack with resealable zipper. This granola has pistachios and aims to leverage the research in Spain. Additionally we have used Maple syrup at 5% to add sweetness but a fructose based syrup with little impact on blood sugar and a little additional sweetness from Birch Bark Sugar- Xylitol. The remaining ingredients assist a low GI product build and aim to provide. As each person is different one cannot claim this is a universal granola good for everyone, but so far, the people who have bought and used the granola say it helps.
