Grate remote to use for NVR camera system

Perfect!
Works as intended. Easy plug and play usb. Used this for my android tablet i have mounted to the wayy. Now can change volume without having to feel for the buttons. Very conveinient!

Not compatible with Kodi
Score is based solely on compatibility with Kodi. Navigational buttons work, other buttons are easy enough to remap if you’re in the know, but the big center “okay” button doesn’t work unless mouse control is on. This is less than ideal, and depending on your Kodi implementation may not work at all. After about 2 hours of fiddling I decided to return the item.Another minor gripe is that the voice control button is hard coded and doesn’t appear to be re-mappable at all. If you don’t plan to use voice control you’re stuck with a pointless button.

Cool product
I like to sit out on the patio with friends while my computer plays DJ from inside. This allows me to change songs and such without getting up. The mouse button is real cool, reminding me of using a Wii remote. However as far as I can tell I dont see any obvious way to reprogram the remote and the power button is actually super useless and annoying. Had to 3D print a cap to cover it so it never gets hit by accident again.

Tried using with Kodi, center button would not work. I am not sure if it is defective, but I am returning it.

Great Lil Remote
I specifically wanted a remote with Bluetooth that wasn’t $25. Harder than you’d imagine, but Boxput came through. There’s 3 models, 1, 2, and 3.I bought the 1 for the price, form, and simplicity.I replaced my 2019 Shield TV remote with this, and it works as expected.Every feature works, air mouse is accurate, mic for voice picks up well. Nice to have the 2.4ghz dongle option.Just a great, cheap remote that’s comfortable to use!

Works great on my android box
Just got it one day ago, It seems to work much better than the remote that came with the box. So far so good. I have to see how long regular batteries last in it, I might need to get rechargeable aaa ones for it.
