I’ve tried so many brands of incontinence briefs, from very cheap to very expensive. This brand is the best so far. It does not have irritating chemicals or weird smell. It fits correctly and does a great job at what it’s supposed to do….you know. The best part is it’s available on Subscribe and Save so I never run low on supplies.

I have been buying this because underwear I for quite some time I used to buy them from because until the shipping became an issue I found on Amazon and for the first few months the quality was the same the last few months the quality is really gone downhill. I had a whole box which was four packages of 20 the stamp on the back was so light I couldn’t see it, usually I have 2 to 3 pair per package now that the legs holes are either glued or sewn shut and there’s always two or three pair per package now that not all the material that should’ve been cut off was cut off. I don’t understand why the quality is gone down so far and my actually getting underwear or am I getting knock off because underwear

Unfortunately, when you get older, your bladder is one of the first things quit working. However, I had no idea that this kind of item existed. They depends were not holding up, as they're not made to hold up to use at night or with lots of urine.I recently was able to get a bathroom can put in my car so that I could go to the bathroom instead of having to drive somewhere and find a bathroom. I can now sleep, knowing that I have these. I originally bought the bigger size and I would leak through them if I slept on my side. So I thought I would get a size smaller to see if that helped. And boy has it helped!Between the smaller size and the potty pads, I am not having to scrub my car seats as often. Since I got the smaller size, I've only had two incidents that these leaked. The first incident was not fault of the diaper, rather the fault of the user being lazy and hoping that I didn't have more fluid that I had.I did notice that if you don't leave these tightly in the bag that they came in, that they will not stay up as well on my stomach. So now I keep them in the bag, and I bought a large rubber band that I can carry two or three of them at arms reach.The other thing that I noticed is if I sleep on my back, these aren't long enough if the urine goes in your butt crack! If that happens, then you got a mess. So I don't sleep on my back.I know this is TMI, and there's probably a better way that I could have put the explanations, but maybe you can laugh. The reviews are needed for products and they get boring after a while. I hope this helps you out in determining that these are a good brand and I do recommend them.

These are very soft and comfortable. I feel protected when I wear them. Perfect for night time incontenance.

I like the Because overnight underwear. They fit well and don't shed "lint" or fuzzies like others I've tried. I like the fact the mfg. discloses the absorbency capacity (6 cups). The side seams don't tear by themselves like some others I've tried. They are reasonably priced. But I've also found that they will leak overnight, especially when they have absorbed a good amount. I wake up with damp or wet PJs and bed pad. When I sit down after arising & before changing, the seat is wet when I get up from sitting. And I think I now know why. When they have absorbed a good bit and the padding is compressed - like I rolled over at night or something - the "liquid" is squeezed out of the underwear. The padding does not "permanently" hold the liquid. So they end up "leaking" in use. I found this out the other morning when I accidently stepped on the one I was removing. It drained liquid.
