Obsessed
As someone who has been purchasing electrolyte/hydration powders for months, I was so happy to come across this product. Most hydration electrolyte packets you’re paying $20-$30 for 12 to 15 servings. The 2 pound bag of micro ingredients electrolyte powder comes with 139 servings for the same price. The piña colada flavor is very tasty and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness with no added fillers or sugar. My only complaint is that the bag does not seal well after opening so I will be storing the product in a glass jar, but that didn’t bother me too much for the value of everything. This is my new favorite electrolyte powder! I recently ordered the grape flavor and can’t wait to try that one also.

Great purchase!
I'm on a keto diet so I use this twice a day and it works great! Just pop a tab in glass with 8-10 oz water, great subtle flavor, no sugar! Absolutely LOVE the packaging! No messing with pouches or scoops! One sleeve has 10 tablets, so just plop it in my bag and I go about my day, not worrying the pouch will tear or open (has happened with other sticks!). Simple. Love it. Can't wait until they have other flavors, but I'll keep drinking this one indefinitely.

Flavor matters, pineapple is Pina colada and leaves aftertaste
I can't comment much on effectiveness, my body is too inconsistent. But in the realm of being helpful...the pineapple is actually *Pina colada* flavored. It has much more froth and color, but also has MUCH more stevia aftertaste than the lemon raspberry.I like the price compared to other electrolytes, and I like that it doesn't make me bloat like other electrolytes, but medically, sodium is the recommended one and this is low on that, so mileage will probably vary. I'm loath to figure out how I will get through the rest of the bag of Pina colada considering the sweetener aftertaste makes me crave sweets so I don't like drinking it.Confusingly, between the two flavors, both list same weight and number of servings, but the scoop that came with the Pina colada was much bigger than the lemon raspberry scoop, and I suspect the lemon scoop is more appropriate, the full larger one was too strong in flavor.I might buy the lemon raspberry again, it's good flavor and lasts well, but I do not recommend the "pineapple".

I find that it actually works for me.
I’m currently going through menopause, and realize that no matter how much water I drank, I was still thirsty all the time, I came across this electrolyte powder and liked the reviews and decided to give it a try. I drank it for one week straight and realize that I felt more hydrated than before. My throat was no longer dry, I became inconsistent and realize the dry throat was back again and no matter how much plain water I drank I was still thirsty. I’m back to drinking it no more dry throat, I find that it works for me.I add 2 1/2 scoops to my 46 ounce water bottle daily.

YES!
I'm obsessed. It's everything I wanted. No sugar, with vitamins & minerals I need. I love the lemon raspberry flavor & it doesn't have any of that weird fake sweetness to it! Only potential downside is it doesn't dissolve well in iced/cold water, so make sure to premix before. Fortunately I prefer my h2p room temp. For such a good value?! I'll definitely continue to reorder as necessary.

Love the flavor!
I love these! Doing a keto protocol intend to get leg cramps and these have prevented that that even more so I love the flavor of the lemon lime! I drop one tablet in a cup of hot water a couple times a day and it is a yummy warm drink. I'm sure it's good cold as well but I don't enjoy cold drinks. I've been doing a sugar-free protocol long enough that the sweetness of this is perfect and no aftertaste for me.

mixed feelings. taste slightly a "no", value is definite "yes"
mixed feelings.value is excellent. 25¢/serving, however I find myself not wanting to drink it because of the taste, which I think must be largely due to the stevia, however I don't know that I would LIKE it even if there was no stevia or it was sweetened with sugar. that being said, it's what I can afford right now so I will adapt.the electrolyte mix I was using before was 2.65x as expensive but it was the perfect formula. it was very incentivizing to drink. I did not mind it at all and slightly preferred it to plain water. did not stay on my mind as an irritant whereas this one kind of does. unfortunately.

Wonderful product, but very acidic for my GI
Very acidic. I wish that they would make this with less citric acid or none and possibly with less flavoring or an unflavored option. Unflavored and unnecident would be perfect to add to my morning coffee. I think they sell a lot of it if they decided to change or add a new option to their menu. When I open the bag it burns my sinuses just the "poof" that comes out. It also sadly burns through my digestive tract as well sadly. I'm going to have to give my bag to somebody who can handle it sadly, I was so excited about this product and price point. It's really hard on me due to the high citric acid so it causes GI disruptions. I absolutely love the electrolyte profile and high quality ingredients they use, but I would love it if they could create a unflavored option and one with zero to very low citric acid.If you have gerd, acid reflux, IBS OR IBS just know that it might cause some pretty severe irritation and disruptions. Other than that it is a wonderful product, I just would love an unflavored and less citric acid option and I hope they will consider that!! But if you can handle it this is a wonderful product!
