It's not bad enough to return (especially since we had out-of-state company on the way) but it was a disappointment. Would rather have paid a bit more for something sturdier. You will need to buy some plywood to put over the rails to support the mattress, and to be able to tuck in the sheets & blankets.

I love this bed. It was very easy to put together and has a classy/elegant feel to it. I put this in our guest room/office and threw some red sheets on it with a black comforter, lined the red pillows against the back and voila-an expensive look on an inexpensive budget. My husband is 5"10 and he can lay comfortable on it as well. My advice-make sure you get a thick mattress-I have a 10" foam mattress and for extra firmness my husband cut some wood board and lay it on the frame so the mattress wouldn't sink through when a heavier person lays down. I also wouldn't even bother spending $80 on those daybed sets. I went to Walmart and and got a little creative and saved at least half of the money that I would've spent on one of those sets.

Overall product was great for the price, but it being a large item, too much of a hassle to try and tape back up and return for a replacement. Wish it would have been packaged or inspected prior to delivery better (unable to tell if it was shipping damage or if it happened prior to packaging).

I needed an inexpensive bed option for a multi-function room. I decided on a daybed for both appearance, functionality, and cost effectiveness. I wasn't sure what to expect when I found this for such a reasonable price, but since it was an Amazon purchase I felt confident that I would get good customer service if the product ended up being inferior.There is nothing inferior about this bed. It is a high quality bed, and looks even nicer than the photos show.It came unassembled and when I opened the box I initially stepped back because of the number of parts, but it was easy for me to assemble by myself and while the instructions didn't appear to be written by a native English speaker, they were perfectly intelligible and clear and I had no problem using them. I was able to put it together in about 15 minutes without needing to supply any of my own tools. The pieces and hardware were all clearly labeled and the parts matched up very adequately with each other. No tweaking, rigging, struggling, cursing, or confusion.ASSEMBLY NOTE: There is a typo in Step 6 of the instructions. The text says to use bolt B1, but the diagram shows Bolt B2. Bolt B2 is the correct one to use, but that's easy to figure out since all of the B1 bolts have already been used by the time you get to this step.The finish on the daybed is a very nice satin, and the legs even have nice rubber based pre-attached so that the bed is kinder to your floor.Do not hesitate to purchase this bed if you think you might like it.

One of the tubes that is welded in the frame snapped about two months ago. Tonight the second one on the other side of the bed snapped. It now wobbles and I'm afraid it'll fall apart on me. Cheap and broke in under a year. Hoping company sees this.

The bed looks good and is sturdy. The directions were easy to follow and I assembled it in an hour by myself Only one issue...the packagin. The box came damaged with a corner ripped out. The styrofoam support/padding blocks were reduced to pills, which allowed all the contents to thrash about inside the box. The top of the end pieces are rubbed and chipped a bit but I had to assemble it as we were expecting company and I just don't like the hassle of trying to return this stuf. I'll just suck it up. Good product. Packaging is subpar at best.

I love the shape and weight of this daybed. It was shipped very promptly and was easy to assemble. Some of the finish was a little rough and there was a place in the back that was not good at all. However, the spot was on the back that faces the wall so it was not a problem.I would recommend this product as a good buy.

Love the bed. It came quickly, and I set it up...easy. I then purchased a day bed set to show it off. The bed set included a dust ruffle. Because the bed has bars to hold up the mattress, and not one solid piece, the dust ruffle didn't work, but the bed is still great, and it didn't need the dust ruffle anyway.
