I have arthritis in my knees and the gel has enabled me to sleep at night where before my sleep was broken by pain several times a night. My skin was very sensitive and now I can massage my knees without discomfort. I do not need to sleep with a pillow between my knees as a result. I also find that I am able to walk for longer periods before stopping to rest since using the gel twice daily. I have recently bought a large tub of the gel and told lots of people about it. The 250g tube lasted me 5 weeks and I found relief from pain in the first 2 weeks. I shall continue to use this gel for a long time to come. I am 53 now and have had chronic pain for 10 years, if only I had known about my wonder gel before now.

Love this cream. I call it cream rather than tell. It is slightly tacky when 1st applied but that wears off almost immediately. I have arthritis in all the joints but at this time of year my thumbs are the main problem. Tubes with flip top lids are a HUGE task to overcome. So. But a big tub that can sit in the bathroom & voila as they say!! I had thought to decant it into one of those little travelling pots for my handbag BUT have discovered a Roll On, so have got that to give it a try.

About this product for a relative of mine and I have used several products in view of trying to alleviate the chronic pain caused by arthritis especially in knees. After using a small to of this gel I had to order a large tub as it had worked so well. A relative mentioned that the pain was significantly better compared to other products on the market as well as various painkillers.I do feel this is a very high quality product obviously is not for everyone and with anyone who does have chronic pain they do need to see the doctor in terms of what's really causing it but if you do have long-term problems such as arthritis I would recommend you try this.

I have used this product for 7 years and it has kept me mobile as I have arthritis and cartilage problems in both knees. I was almost unable to walk my 2 Labrador Retriever dogs. Trying a free sample and then a small tube of Pernaton gave a bit of relief and I started walking again. Continual maintenance using this product has allowed me to continue to walk without having so far to have knee replacements. I am however limited on how far I can walk but I can still get out and about at my age of 74.

Arrived smashed open with most leaked out and non returnable or replaceable at £54 I'm not happy.

Pain relief good, but my wife does not like the smell.

Not much to say.Supposed to be good. Cheaper than some magazine sales. I would always check on line anyway. I think postage was included.Suggest you have small pots to transfer if more than one person is using it. It can be heavy to lift for some.
