Awesome, comfortable and fast bike. Only had a flat within the first 400 miles! all other issues were solved by support fast and free. The bikes battery is insane and the setup is fast! And the bike goes very fast for the price, 10/10

Although quality isn’t of top tier the bike will last long if you take care of it. Me personally I like riding my stuff hard so I’ve had to replace a couple of things but it’s held up pretty good even when it’s ridden hard. I’ve had the motor recently go bad and I messaged them and they responded immediately. They helped me resolve my issue by sending me a new one. Costumer service is a 10/10! Definitely buy this bike if your looking for something cheap and fun!

Only lasted a month, motor burned up. Tried calling the company, could not get in touch with anyone. Waste of $1000….

Overall, this e-bike rides really well—smooth, fast, and handles nicely. My son has been putting it to the test (even though I told him to take it easy), and it’s actually holding up better than I expected. That said, I’ve had an issue with the front wheel coming off a few times, which is definitely concerning. Still, for the price and performance, it’s been solid so far.

Very solid bike and my son loves it. However there are some serious safety concerns that I have contacted the seller about. Still awaiting a response from them. The front brake does not work, when it is squeeze a fluid which I assume is brake fluid was released onto my newly sealed driveway. Additionally, the horn button turns on the headlight ( which does not stay on ) and the light button honks the horn. Seller please contact me asap! The seller responded and I have to say, it was one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. It is very powerful! And also the suspension and breaks are really smooth.also the battery life is very very strong.Also,the speed is like a motorcycle! It is very comfortable to sit on!In addition, it is really easy to assemble except for the tire but everything is just fine!the appearance is really good in my opinion and it is worth the money!

Customer service is unbeatable have had small issues and always fast to respond and replace any lil thing that comes up iv beat the brakes off this thing and she still riding strong after 10 months of ownership.
