This showerhead and hose is absolutely fantastic. It fits securely onto the taps it has straps at the end that are very secure and it doesn’t matter how powerful your shower is. They stay on the extra straps are fantastic and the actual hose is very long. This is a fantastic shower head and hose 🤩

A few weeks before we're due to get our bathroom fitted the electric shower developed a fault. Rather than buy a new one which we'd only use for a short time we bought this as a stopgap.Unlike the one we had in the house when I was a child this one feels more secure. Back then, if you turned the taps on full the rubber cups would fly off the taps, spraying water everywhere. This time the cups have velcro straps which wrap around the back of the taps, keeping them in place. It's a bit of a struggle to fit as the openings in the cups are small, but with a bit of effort they squeezed onto my bath taps, and it's fair to say that you wouldn't want them to be loose otherwise they'd come off too easily. Do pay attention to the product description though which tells you which shapes of taps it will and won't work with.How much pressure you get out of it depends on your plumbing, but for us it's fine. The head is about the same size as the one for our electric shower too, so it fits into the holder on the wall (this kit comes with a holder you can fix to the wall if needed).On the days that our electric shower decides to work we still use it, but this is there for those days when it doesn't. We don't plan on using it again once the bathroom has been updated, but until then it's a useful stopgap.

tl;dr; doesn't fit.Bought specifically because we have a round mixer tap, our shower is on the blink, and it's not going to be fixed for another week. I also bought this specific adapter because it's one of the few where the water hose exits the nozzle in a downwards direction, thus matching our tap, and I thought the straps would help to secure it.Unfortunately the nozzle you attach to the taps is tiny. I don't just mean the hole you have to push onto the tap. I mean the whole nozzle. It just will not fit on our mixer tap at all. I struggle to imagine it would fit on any mixer tap or, indeed, any normal non-mixer tap.Beyond this, it's two or three times the price of many adapters on Amazon, which I was hoping would be an indicator of quality, but I'm not convinced it is. If you're pushed into a position where you need this kind of adapter you might be better off going to your local bathroom or plumber centre to see if you can find something suitable rather than buying blind off Amazon.

Supposed to fit taps with spouts up to 20cm wide. It doesn't so sent it back to Amazon

Just received This I don’t usually do reviews but I had to on this it’s probably one of the best buys I’ve ever bought very easy to install and use the water pressure is better than my electric shower and as it’s coming directly from my boiler so I’m saving money definitely 5 star plus

The Croydon shower mixer has been a godsend 😃 It's been the only shower mixer that's been able to fit my oval shaped taps 😃I did contact the seller for my piece of mind that the mixer would fit, & he/she put my mind at rest 😃 It's been the best alternative to having a shower while l was waiting for my electric shower to be fixed.
