KEEPING YOUR REFRIGERATED MEDICATION COOL AND SAFE.
This product is the best for traveling with medication that needs refrigeration. From Tampa, I flew to LAX to Hong Kong and finally Seoul, Korea for 6 nights and then Japan for 12 days. I spent several days in Tokyo, then Toba, then Kyoto and finally Hiroshima. Flying home from Hiroshima to Tokyo to Chicago and back to Tampa. The last travel was about 30 hrs. My medication kept cool. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

Keeps the temperature for over 24 hours
Kept its temperature for over 24 hours. The beads will expand once activated, and thus making the inner sleeve tight. Had to wiggle my ozempic pen to get it out.

Great for outdoor adventures and the summertime in general.
I just started backpacking and when I decided I wanted to go I immediately went head first into YouTube and hyping myself up to go on my first trip. When I really started thinking about all the extra supplies I would need for my trip I thought about how my insulin would not be able to be refrigerated and it could be hot. I was very disappointed and thought it might not be a good idea for me to go more than an overnight trip but then found this!! I have been a diabetic for 26 years, was diagnosed at 7 and I’m 33 now, and I have never heard of these!!! Thank you so much to whoever came up with this amazing product! I do not want my diabetes to hold me back in life and this made extended backpacking trip’s possible for me! I also now keep a pen and a vial in my purse. I have a omnipod which uses a vial to fill but like to keep a pen with me just in case too when I go out. Works perfect!

keeps my insulin pen or two vials cooler and more even temped
I bought this after having been given one and liking it; it keeps my insulin at at a more even temperature when I'm on the go.Pro's+ it keeps my insulin's temperature from swinging, so it doesn't get as stressed from changes and lasts better+ it works exactly as it says: soak the bag in water, then slow evap from the crystals inside keep the bag cooler than outside temp+ in cold weather it actually keeps my insulin pen from getting as cold in the car or in my pack, tho I don't remember the product info saying that, I just see that it does, but wouldn't if I forgot it out there in a hard freeze or dunked in a cooler for too long+ one bag fits 2 vials top to bottom, or one pen+ helps when I travel, I use one bag for each -- a vial or two of long acting in one, and my short acting pen in the other+ all I do to keep the crystals "charged" is run fresh water inside and over the inner bag every 2nd or 3rd day depending on humidity, that seems to be enough to keep it wet enough without swelling it too tight+ its not going to wear outCon's- if I soak the bag too long, my insulin pen is a very tight fit, gives me fits trying to get it back out without pulling the top off (or it out of the top, depending on which way I stuffed it into the bag); the vials are tight but can be squeezed up and out ok; it takes a few hours or half a day to let it dry down smaller for a better fit- this new blue one has a little shorter "use window" than the purple one I was given; the older one seems to hold for another day; not sure why; still, they both work well- I do put it in an unsealed sandwich baggie if I put it in my purse, or else it gets my stuff damp, but this cuts down on its cooling ability so it can't stay in the baggie; even leaving the baggie open isnt enough air for it to really do its cooling job but DOES still insulate- I needed to soak it then sort of squish/swish/clean it in running water, as it felt slimy 2 first times but cleaned up ok and stayed clean- it doesn't hold two of my insulin pens because of the way the 4 tubes of water crystals are sewn; kinda wish it did- the price made me think twice but I did buy after me hemming and hawing

Doesn’t work!
I really wanted this to work. I take bone medicine teriparitide, and they say it needs to be refrigerated at all times, about 40 degrees, and I travel a lot. I used a needle cooking thermometer to test it. With an indoor temp of 72, it only dropped to 68 degrees. Outdoors, it went from 81 to 72 degrees, a nice drop but nowhere near refrigeration temp. I don’t want to spoil my medicine so am not taking the chance.

It works!
I was skeptical this was going to work. This was a single pen test run because I’m going on a bigger trip in January and I have to pack light. It has been 48 hours and this pack is still cool. I made sure to pat it dry after letting the water absorb and went through TSA with no flags. I did not tell them this was in my carry-on. I got the bigger one for my longer trip in January and it’s much easier to use than my metal medical cooler.
