Size matters!!
I purchased the Large Power Chewer Pupsicle for my Cocker Spaniel (he weighs about 30 lbs) thinking that I had sized up enough to allow for him being the "chewer" of the family (His sister got the Large standard pupsicle and did fine) but whenever I gave this treat to him it kept getting stuck on his lower canines where we had to hold him down to help remove it. I contacted the company to find out if the XL had a larger licking hole where this would not be a problem and they assured me that it did. The company was very customer oriented and made sure that I was taken care of as they sent me a replacement in the XL size for my chewer "Scooter". I have ordered the appropriately sized treat balls for the replacement and will repost once we receive it and hopefully I will be able to share that I now have two dogs who will be very happy with their Pupsicles! Stay Tuned...

More durable than the green one
I honestly love this thing. It is not nearly as durable as I had hoped, but since my dog can shred Kongs too I’m not shocked he destroyed the outside of this thing relatively quickly. However, it’s not too bad and for a power chewer I don’t think you can expect it to last ages anyway. I’ll be getting another. The option for treats of various kinds and the enrichment factor make it worth it. I docked it a star for poor durability in the face of a serious power chewer/shredder.

NOT for aggressive chewers!
Definitely occupied time. I got about 30-40 minutes of freedom out of it per treat. NOT for aggressive chewers. My puppy (not even 6 months) has really done some damage to the toy after the 3rd treat. Disappointed with the durability.

my dog loves it but
At first, I was hesitant to buy this as I read some of the reviews of dogs tearing up the treat holder but I've been lucky as my dog has been very gentle with it. My dog, being a power chewer, will demolish a toy in matter of minutes but she hasn't with this. I see bite marks on it but for the most part she's been very good with it. When she's done with the treat inside, she'll being the holder to me asking for more. This keeps her occupied for good 20 minutes...if not more.UPDATE: so my dog still loves this but the holderwill no longer close all the way. About half way the holder stops turning. You would think the holder would last longer than. It's a shame as the idea of it is very nice. Too bad the quality doesn't doesn't last.

Don't overfill the molds if you are making your own.
Super easy to use and keeps the pup busy and behaving! I bought the molds for homemade treats. Easy to throw dog appropriate leftovers in and freeze or make homemade treats. Pup and human approved!

Excellent Customer Service, Extremely Durable Toy
I highly recommend these for aggressive chewers. They're super durable, my dogs love them, and the customer service has been excellent. For context, we've been using these for several months now.We have three dogs, and one of them, Teddy, is a very aggressive chewer. That means anything I buy for any of the three dogs has to be super durable, or Teddy will destroy it. I bought all three dogs the version of this toy for aggressive chewers. The toys are very durable and they do have some slight bite marks but we're months in now and they're still in great shape. The dogs also love them. They love the different flavors, and it does take a while for them to eat them. Teddy's will take at least an hour.I contacted the company (through amazon) and they quickly responded with answers to my questions and addressed my concerns. I've even started giving these away as gifts :)

Heavy Duty Chewers Beware
I have an 11 month old lab mix who adored this toy. I bought it for her due to her love of ice, treats, licking and enjoyment of figuring out "puzzles." Unfortunately, she destroyed it in nearly two days, with us keeping tabs on her play with it. For something labled "durable" it was far too easy for her to rip chunks off when chewing on it. She adored this toy, even got it off the counter when we weren't looking, it's just not as durable as expected. i don't think ill be replacing this, but if your dog isn't as aggressive a chewer its a decent price.
