If you're looking at this and don't own it, your probably should, it's an excellent colouring book for those who enjoy botanical art or are looking to take their colouring up a notch to something nearer fine art.Each image is on the right page, grey scale with shading and light lines, with a reference image on the left. Medium quality paper, good for a colouring book, not a proper weight water colour paper, but then who would expect that at this price?Pair this with Botanical Painting with Coloured Pencils by Ann Swan and some decent pencils you have everything you need to really move your colouring up a notch.Definitely one of the best, if not the best, colouring book we've bought so far, and we've bought nearly all of them including the special editions.

The illustrations are great and nothing complex with the colours so it is easy to follow. The paper quality is good too as I tried using watercolours like the original illustrations and there was no bleeding on the next page. Would definitely recommend as a relaxing gift for self or for others.

As before, lovely printed to colour. Shame paper isn't really up to watercolour use.

These types of copy colouring books are great for my mum as she has dementia. It's easier for her to copy the picture and it gives her focus and she loves looking at the picture when it is finished , she can't wait to start the next.

One of the most beautiful color books I've even seen. I ordered only this book for the beginning, but now I am certain I will order the rest of the gallery. The entire book has the flowers on the left side and on the right side you have the outlined artwork for you to draw. Not very suitable for watercolor because the paper is quite thin so you might need to trace it first. The images are so delicate and nicely done, a pleasure to frame once you've done coloring.Definitely recommend it

These books are quality you have a colour print of the plant to follow you can use paints or coloured pencils, though I would recommend the Fabre Castel pencils to get the colours right.

Why surprisingly? Because when you first receive the book, it feels,like the paper won’t be up to the job. But it is! I’ve only coloured one page so far, but I was easily able to get 10 layers of pencil on it.The drawings are beautiful and detailed, the fact that you have a page to copy the colours and tones from helps a lot.I really recommend this colouring book.
