The extend shakes are great, and the vanilla is the best. With a handful of strawberries and a few ice cubes, it is strawberry. Same with blueberry, pineapple, rasberry. They hold off your appetite. I use them with the blender, ice cubes and less water than the directions call for to make them cold. I highly recommend the frozen berry packs from the grocer that help the ice cubes. COLD SERVED IS BETTER, WAY BETTER.

Okay, I've used this product for each of the past seven days (1x daily). I like the taste, but I find it does not satisfy my hunger and cravings, as some people have stated. Just doesn't work that way for me. I feel hungry within an hour or two of consuming it. I am not overweight, so I do not need to lose weight. I bought it to drink in the evenings as my blood sugar level was plummeting overnight and it was causing me to wake in the middle of the night. I have yet to use it for this issue, as my sugar has leveled on its own prior to this item arriving.

TASTE IS GREAT. MIXES WELL AND I USE COCONUT MILK 8OZ AND 2OZ OF ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK. I HAVE BEEN EATING LESS SO OBVIOUSLY IS HELPING WITH APPETITE CONTROL.

Keeps the blood sugar in check without feeling hungry. The strrawberry flavor is definately fake tasting, but not bad. Add some ice cubes and blend it up for a great way to control sugars.
