This is a great backpack. The laptop compartment is large and there are multiple pockets for all your stuff.

I've used this backpack for 2 years and I really like the look of it. The zippers have held up well. The only part that didn't hold up was the leathery strip on the front because my cats are attracted to it. It's professional looking, so I've taken it to commute to the office.I like the little pocket on the strap to fit a credit card/ID for easy access.It fit my 16" laptop snugly, but it doesn't have any reinforcement in that back pocket. So when empty, you could fold the bag in half. When looking at more expensive bags it appears this part stays stiff.It holds notebooks, a light jacket, iPad, umbrella, plenty of pockets for everything.I had to adjust the straps to be shorter pretty regularly as they seemed to slide to a longer length on their own. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning if this is something that would annoy you.My main complaint is mostly user error. I had a water bottle leak in the big pocket and it soaked through the whole bag to the bag pocket, ruining my laptop. I should have known better, so I can't blame the bag. But I've since learned that higher end bags have a waterproof setup to avoid something like this. If you're careful not to leave water bottles in the bag, you should be fine.The cost to repair my laptop is almost as much as a better quality Tumi bag, so I'm retiring this one and upgrading.Overall, if you're careful with this one, it's pretty good for the price.

Compared to similarly priced backpacks, I was blown away by the quality and well thought out design. When I was looking for a new backpack for college I tried several, but none came even close to this one. The thing I like most is how protected and comfortable my laptop is. I can barely tell when I’m carrying my laptop the padding and weight distribution is so good. The separate pocket is exactly what I was looking for, keeping the bag organized and my laptop secure. This pack has a perfect amount of space for me, I can easily carry a sweatshirt, all my notebooks, school supplies, and even my massive electric skateboard charger with room to spare. Despite all this space, it’s not too bulky and feels well made. I love that it has a luggage strap and hidden pocket for my valuables when I’m traveling. A feature I didn’t realize about it at first is that having a side loading pocket at the front (and for the laptop) makes it really convenient to grab things from while walking, although it is somewhat more annoying otherwise. My only other complaints are that the water bottle holder is smaller than I’m used to, the location of the charger pass through port isn’t amazing, I’d love a lighter or more visible color than black, and it doesn’t have any strap across the chest for extra comfort and security when biking/ skating. These are all very minor nit picks that are more specific to my wants and overall I highly recommend this backpack!

I travel a lot, and I've been looking for a personal carryon bag that fits my specifications:--Fit under most airplane seats--Lightweight--3 distinct compartments: one for 13" laptop, one for clothes (shawl or light jacket, socks) & toiletries, and one for a legal pad & other papers--Compact--Clean lines--Professional lookingI considered a nice duffle bag, a weekender, or a tote, but these are either not generally made to house a laptop safely, and (with all I want to put in the bag) the bag would be too heavy for me to carry a long time in my hand, on my arm, or over my shoulder.The best solution is a backpack, but it must look professional, be compact, yet house everything I want in my personal carryon.I ordered 4 similar backpacks, and decided on this KOPACK, because it fits all of my requirements.The laptop side-loading feature is a nice bonus.A surprise plus is that this bag stands on the ground on its own (with or without contents inside it)--it doesn't slouch.This bag looks & feels well-made (I hope the zippers and straps hold up over time).I have a few quibbles with this bag, but they're not deal-breakers.--The "leather" part of the bag (front bottom) looks ugly. Aside from looks, this "leather" material will scuff and peel with repeated use, and thus cheapen the look of the bag. I wish the manufacturer used the canvas material like the rest of the bag.--The straps don't lie flat on my shoulders--they are sewn too close together, cutting into the neck and then gapping up toward the shoulders.--The zipper pocket and the eyeglass pocket on the straps are too low on me (near my waist)--I can't reach the zipper pocket to zip/unzip or access its content easily.

This backpack was great for my travels through Europe, it had plenty of space and various pockets for all my needs. Sometimes too many pockets as I couldn't remember which pocket had what (but that's my issue). I did feel comfortable that all my things were secured and liked that I could add a small lock if I needed it. The reason I did not give this 5 stars are for 2 reasons: 1) the secure pocket in the back was too small to hold 3 passports that are enclosed in an RFID case. I couldn't hold much more than that as the space was tight. 2) the charging cable is not secured properly. What I mean is that the cable inside the bag to the portable charger (which is not included) can become entangled with things inside the back itself (not a deal breaker). However, when you connect your device to the bag itself it can become cumbersome and if not done right then the charging cable inside the bag becomes dislodged. I think the come could have done a better job securing the charging cable by encapsulating the inside housing better. Overall I still enjoyed the bag with no regrets!

Love this backpack! Really a smart design, easy in and out for main compartments. Love the back/side zipper for computer. Fit my larger 15.7 inch laptop. All compartments really well thought out, sleek look. Perfect for me, minimalistic type. If you need a lot of space this is not your backpack.

I have been living with this back pack for about a month now . I previously had a messenger bag with a separate lap top compartment but wanted to move back to a back pack as it was becoming painful to carry. I wanted the separate compartment feature so I could access the lap top without disturbing the rest of the contents of my bag. Let me say first that this feature works perfectly. I don't know what bag the reviewer on the US site had but it must have been a different one. It takes my 13 inch lap top easily and could easily accommodate a larger model and there is absolutely no problem with straps blocking access. It's also been exposed to several UK showers and there is no problem with water resistance. The best feature however is the comfort, pulled tightly against the back the pack feels almost weightless and the straps are well padded and easy to release and adjust. I can't imagine a better back pack for the money or why you would want to pay more.

Quite a brilliant bag here. Have used this for numerous visits around the continent and have not looked at buying small rolling suitcases since then. Bag comes with loads of storage space and pockets, is resistant to liquids and rain due to using Oxford fabric material, and it's much handier for going through airport security than other bags as everything is compartmentalised. This is the second Kopack bag I've bought and I recommend this brand to others.

I searched for a suitable backpack for a long time as I needed one that could take all my devices (15 inch laptop, large iPad, 2 phones, chargers) as well as other accessories throughout my many work trips. I am also petite and needed a backpack that would fit me. This one is perfect with its many pockets, space for a water bottle and ergonomic feel. It also fits well on top of my suitcase.

Good quality product, as described by store. Stitches looks furabpe, made of quality material. Water proof (will not withstand a long period in the rain). Lots of functional compartiments. As looks slick, nothing too fancy. Also able to charge devices with it through the socket on side of the backpack (powerbank not includwded, ofc, nd ill need o be purchased separately) Serves its purposes very well (daily commute, traveling). I am very pleased with the backpack and recommend it to anyone interested.
