Quality of the product is high compared to modern cloth backed alternatives. Perfect for nighttime use, however a bit bulky for daytime use and they swell quite a bit. Asorbancy is excellent and they are great for situations where changing is not possible for a prolonged time. Will order again.

These are excellent incontinence diapers and deserve ten stars out of ten. They are a great fit, keep me secure & dry and are very comfortable to wear especially at night. I would definitely rate them as by far the best product on the market. When ordering them it is best to order a size up as my waist is 37" and yet the large are a perfect fit so be careful of size range. Also these are plastic backed diapers which are far superior, more comfortable & secure than textile ones.

Excellent. Extremely highly absorbent, I think the most absorbent all in one pad I have ever used. They are easy to put on and fit well. They are more expensive than other all in one pads / diapers but this is very much worth it for the higher level of protection at times this is required. They are thick and do swell somewhat when very wet so wearing looser fitting clothing over the top is wise.

By far, the best adult nappy available .. Large secure tapes, full plastic backing, fantastic absorbency, trouble free sleep .. Just ordered again.

great item works well

I was slightly unhappy with this product, It does hold quite a lot of liquid however it is more unnoticeable and changing has to happen more regularly whereas if If you were something different like,tykables camelot or unicorn These particular 2 Nappies hold considerably moyet they're bleeding well and for the same price approximately. I am a very heavy wetter at night and need ultimate protection
