Variable Quality Dried Mushroom in Wasteful Packaging
A few of these large mushrooms were picked too late and the stem had grown into the cap, making most of the mushroom hard and unusable. Most were satisfactory.Also, the packaging is designed to show off the size and appearance of the mushrooms and is totally unsuitable for domestic re-use. The plastic outer bag and inner hard plastic tray have to be thrown away after the package is opened. It would be better if the packaging was at least biodegradable.

These last, and I mean it even with frequent use.I use them for my superfood salmon seaweed soups. Best to make a mushroom+salmon broth and then to add other ingredients. 1 hour of cooking overall and they are juicy and tender. Super yummy and super healthy!

They said Grade A and I believe it. I've ordered the exact same type of mushrooms from other vendors on Amazon for about the same price. These mushroom were the best quality I've received. There are almost no broken parts, the shrooms are very clean, well formed, and I can tell these where cherry-picked. Trust me, you'll like cherry-picked mushrooms.Will order again.
